Here are the keyboard shortcuts in Transifex (found by clicking on the tool icon, shortcuts)

TAB Saves translation & selects the next string
Shift + TAB Saves translation & selects the previous string

Ctrl + Alt + Down Saves translation & selects the next string
Ctrl + Alt + Up Saves translation & selects the previous string
Ctrl(or Alt) + Enter Saves translation

Ctrl(or Alt) + Down Selects the next string
Ctrl(or Alt) + Up Selects the previous string
Ctrl(or Alt) + e Navigate to string number

Ctrl(or Alt) + s Moves focus to search input
Enter Moves focus to translation box

Ctrl(or Alt)+ Shift + d Mark selected translation as reviewed and go to next string
Ctrl(or Alt) + d Mark or unmark selected translation as reviewed
Ctrl(or Alt) + u Use the highest voted suggestion

Ctrl(or Alt) + g Fills in the translation box with the content of the source string
Ctrl(or Alt) + h Fills in the translation box with machine translation

Ctrl(or Alt) + 1/2/3/4 Switch between suggestions, history, glossary & comments tabs

c Toggles concordance search panel or starts search on text selection
? Toggles  help dialog
