I downloaded the bios ISO for the Intel DP43TF motherboard and didn’t boot giving the error that implied that the cd was invalid. I opened up the iso file in magiciso and this is what I got:
The Image does not say “Boot” like it should and the iso image name has a bunch of invalid characters, I think something messed up in their ISO build process.
I was trying to install 64 bit vista on harddisks attached to Adaptec 1220SA adapter but was having issues where the installer was not detecting the drivers that I had inserted on to a USB thumbdrive. Apparently, it worked when I used the 32 bit drivers instead, even tho the installation was 64 bit.
A favour was asked to compile all 2922 pages of the clinton donor’s list into a single text file for easy access when doing research. I used this as an opportunity to compare the performance of BeautifulSoup and lxml for scraping.

Here’s a guide I found that gives some useful information on what blue screens are all about and what to do when you get one.
The memecode guys on the other hand have instructions on how to quickly retrieve and analyze the dump information from the blue screen.
These should be pretty much sufficient for solving the problemnext time that you get a BSoD.
Update: A program called WhoCrashed seems to be the easiest way to perform this task nice and easy.
